The Role:
As a Store Colleague, you’ll be key to our success by exceeding customer expectations, upholding top pet care standards, and ensuring excellent operations. You’ll also build strong customer relationships, enhancing their experience with us. As part of your career development, you may choose to undertake Duty Manager responsibilities. Upon successful completion of the required training and assuming these duties, you will receive an additional £1 per hour for the duration of the time you cover as the Duty Manager during your shift. This pay increase applies exclusively during periods when you are performing Duty Manager duties and does not extend to your Store Colleague responsibilities.
