As a Help Desk Coordinator you will support and provide information to Regional,
Area and Store Managers. Assisting in complaints, climes and quires. Being a
link between distribution and stores
Here’s the exciting bit…a day includes
– Dealing with store missing cage and tote claims and liaising with stores explaining in detail claims reasoning
– Missing SKU enquires
– Compiling daily left off cage and tote information
– Daily paperwork filing
– Dealing with store complaints and queries
– Notifying stores of late deliveries
– Emergency shortlist allocation
– Dealing with Head office requests
– Supplier haul back invoicing
– Special Order picking

What you’ll need
– Working flexibly to meet the demands of the business – covering shifts from 6am to 6pm
– PC literate
– Good knowledge of written English
– Fluent English is essential for store communication purposes
– Good teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work on your own
– An understanding of the Store Managers bonus system and what factors can have a negative impact on this
– Always demonstrate and maintain a high level of health and safety awareness around the warehouse, ensuring own
